Multiespectral visible - NIR compact cameras with large wavelength coverage and 10 spectral bands
SIL-Toucan VNIR multispectral cameras are specially designed to allow high integration of VIS/NIR multispectral systems.
These lightweight and very small footprint cameras split the image into 10 spectral bands: in a single capture (snapshot) the 10 images are obtained simultaneously.
Made by hybridization of a custom Bayer-like matrix on a commercial 4.2 MPx CMOS sensors, they allow extracting the spectrum on each point of an image.
In addition, the long wavelength range, the widest in its class, with spectral coverage 400-900 nm, confers them the ability to cover mopst of the applications with just one camera.
The high resolution of the sensor allows the Toucan to obtain high quality spectral images.
The technology Color Shades(R) is a unique manufacturing technique developed by SILIOS Technologies to produce multispectral pixelated filters. The SIL-Toucan multispectral cameras are type snapshot

If 10 bands aren't enough for your polyspectral image, we can offer you up to 1000 bands with our hyperspectral cameras
If you don't need the large wavelength range or resolution of the SIL-Toucan, you might be interested in the low cost multispectral VNIR cameras SIL-CMS
And if you are interested in spectral imaging in the SWIR, we can propose the SIL-Ant-Cam (1100-1700 nm).
