Hyperspectral line-scan sensor SWIR (900-1730nm)

HSG-BlackIndustry-SWIR-1.7 is a compact and rugged hyperspectral camera with linear imaging (line-scan push-broom type) developed for machine vision and in-line applications and OEM integration in the SWIR: 900 - 1730 nm.

It is available in 2 models:
- HSG-BlackIndustry-SWIR-1.7:         sensor 640 x 512 px
- HSG-BlackIndustry-SWIR-1.7-Max:  sensor 1280 x 1024 px

Thanks to its high speed (450 Hz full-frame / 1300 Hz ROI) this hyperspectral sensor is suitable for high speed conveyor belts.
This camera is the most valued and implemented s OEM in general artificial vision applications and systems.

In our Polyespectral Imaging Application you can learn more on this technology, the features and advantages.

Key features of the SWIR hyperspectral imaging camera HSG-BlackIndustry-SWIR-1.7(-Max):
- spectral range: 900 - 1730 nm, with high sensitivity in the upper limit above 1600 nm
- spatial resolution: 640 px or 1280 px ("-Max" model)
- pixel resolution: 1.6 nm/px / 1.4 nm/px (Max)
- GigE/GigE Vision
- spatial resolution: 960 px
- frame rate: 450 Hz (full frame) / hasta 1300 Hz (ROI)
- lens thread: C-mount

HSG-Black cameras also have free and continuously updated hyperspectral imaging processing software: HSG-BlackStudio.
In addition to data acquisition and evaluation of data quality, the BlackStudio integrates analysis functions that can be used for data classification using ROI. So it is not neccessary to buy expensive software packages for this purpose.
