Ring Light

At Iberoptics we have a wide variety of lighting rings to be able to fit all models of artificial vision and industrial image cameras.

Specifically, we have the following models:

- Horizontal light rings:
- Suitable for the detection of small convex and concave surface defects.
- Ideal to emphasize the cracked edge.
- Low angle ring light:
- Suitable for various inspection applications.
- The low angle ring provides a different image from the direct light of the ring.
- Flat light ring:
- Suitable for various inspection applications.
- Optional diffuser plate and polarizing plate available.
- Diffused light ring:
- Suitable for inspection of shiny objects.
- Prevention of reflections and LED reflections.
- The light is spread evenly over the surface of the object.
- Flat ring diffuse light:
- Ultra slim design for limited space applications.
- Suitable for large FOV (field of view).
- The diffuser plate is attached as a standard package.
-High power low angle ring diffuse light:
- Higher brightness than standard VL-LRD series.
- Suitable for various applications.
- Prevention of reflections and LED reflections.
- The light is spread evenly over the surface of the object.
- Direct light ring:
- Suitable for various inspections.
- Easy and flexible installation.
- Low angle ring diffuse light
- Suitable for inspection of shiny objects.
- Compact design Prevention of reflections and LED reflections.
- Direct square light
- Suitable for various inspection applications.
- Suitable for long WD (> 150mm).
- Higher brightness than the light ring above.
- M12 connector (5 pins).
