Multichannel LED light Source BBO-Niji - BlueBox Optics 

for Fluorescence microscopy applications

Advantages:

Furthermore, if you have budget limitations and only a few number of channels are needed for your experiment, BBO-Niji allows you to install only the channels that you really need. Later on, the rest of channels can be installed by the user.

The multichannel LED Light Source has an output for Light Liquid Guide (LLG) (available for optical fiber very soon) and the zoom collimator that couples with the microscope delivers a perfectly homogenous illumination, for those more exigent applications.

Adapters for the most common microscopes are available (Nikon, Leica, Olympus or Zeiss).

Software:

- the GUI (Graphical User Interface) is very intuitive and user-friendly allowing to control individually or simultaneously the channel (power and On/off). XML files can be uploaded and different experimental parameter configuration can be saved.
- TTL connection allows integrate the Niji in most of the microscope softwares.
- Niji has available the drivers to operate with Micromanager, Micromanager 2 and Metamorph.

Note: Optical output powers are given for a ø3 mm liquid light guide, use of a ø5 mm light guide will provide approximately 50% more power. Wavelengths and powers are approximate and may vary on LED batch. Each niji will be supplied with full optical power and wavelength test data.
